Please fill Chain of Custody form and send along with your sample submission. We take care of the rest.
After payment for tests, pack the required amount of sample into a mailer and send by courier to 26 Henlow Bay, Winnipeg, MB R3Y 1G4. On receipt we will confirm your order and quote turn-around time. When we are finished you will receive the Certificate of Analysis by e-mail.
