All sales are final. Tests and CoA issued are non-refundable. CoA will not be released until paid in full. Out of specification results are investigated for confirmation, in some cases depending on the nature of the result we may ask for additional sample for re-testing purposes (rare).
Results issued by CoA are final. If you contest the results, you may contact us to discuss a re-submission and re-test.
